Zamil Air Conditioners India Private Limited (ZAC India), a 100% owned company of Zamil Industrial Investment Company, Saudi Arabia (‘ZIIC’) began its full-fledged foray in Indian air conditioner industry by investing 30% stake in Advantec Coils Private Limited in 2008. In order to further consolidate its presence in India ZIIC has entered into binding agreement with the joint venture partner for complete buy-out. This acquisition marks the first major foreign direct investment by a GCC airconditioning company in India, and signifies the commitment of Zamil’s towards high potential Indian consumer and commercial air conditioning market through its differentiated HVAC Solutions to different market segments.
