Today Yashodhara Raje Scindia inaugurated ultra-modern Vijaya Raje Scindia community hall in Gwalior at ward-55 and 56
Gwalior, 11 October 2014: Situated at ward 55 and 56 Shivaji Nagar, Amkho, constructed with a cost of Rs. 41 lakhs ultra-modern Vijaya Raje Scindia Memorial Community Hall was inaugurated by State Minister for Commerce, Industries and Employment Yashodhara Raje Scindia and Gwalior Mayor Sameeksha Gupta.
Addressing the occasion State Minister for Commerce, Industries and Employment Yashodhara Raje Scindia said that what are the roles and responsibilities of councillors in the development, Gwalior councillors has showed it significantly at ward 55 and 56. Tasks performed by community efforts are completed very successfully. Industry minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia appreciated ward 55 councillor Upma Manoj Singh Tomar and ward 56 councillor Shobha Satish Singh Sikarwar for building the community hall with quality. Also assured that further funding will be made for other activities. On the occasion she also said that with a strategy of planned development state government has successfully carried out development works. As a result, the recent Global Investors Summit in Indore was successfully organized. She also greeted large numbers of women on Karva Chauth and said that this a day to cherish rituals and culture.
At the start of the program guests devotedly pay tribute Late Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia’s portrait. On the occasion former councillor Dr. Satish Sikarwar said that along with quality construction of community hall more then five thousand plants have been planted near the building.
At the occasion BJP Vice-President Vedprakash Sharma, District President Abhay Chaudhary, Moderator Brijendra Singh Jadon, Former president of Gwalior Fair Authority Anurag Bansal, Regional Councillor Shobha Satish Sikarwar, Upma Manoj Tomar along with other regional citizens were present.
