This is Wipro’s MVNO, also known as “Telco-in-a-box”, which is based on the Orga Systems’ products, GOLD Convergent Charging and Billing (GOLD CCB) and GOLD Catalog and Order Management (GOLD COM), required by CSPs to launch and manage their services for end-subscribers. It gives the features of both these products and wads up the BSS design, infrastructure, principles and solution capabilities.
With this new solution, Wipro is bringing qualities like CRM, Reporting, Telco Business Process Library (TBPL) and features of self care in the stack while managing the overall integration. Not only this, it will require minimum customization and can work on all operation systems.
