To investigate on road accidents, Traffic Investigation Team (TIT) is being formed under the monitoring of DSP Traffic. A team comprising of from traffic police inspector to assistant sub inspector will reach on the incident site and will investigate over the cause of the incident and send the report to DSP. After that DSP will send the report to administration and construction agency who constructed the incident site. “To prevent the increasing number of road accidents TIT has been formed and it will also help in the awareness for the future incidents.” said ASP Traffic, Pratima Mathew.
