Neelima Harode, the powerhouse behind the Right Value Institute of Nursing in Nagpur, has made a singular mark on the world of downtrodden class girls over the last 7 years. After delivering 40 students with 100 percent results every year, institute has become a platform for celebrating the power of women and commitment. In the process, she chooses girls from down-trodden class and teaches them for free with the help of a qualified staff.
Neelima consistently used earning while learning facility as a vehicle for tackling social and even environmental issues for women. “I received National Youth Award in 2004-05 for my social work. At my mother’s place, we run a hospital totally free for poor people, from there I decided for start an institute”, she says.
Harode herself served as a big of lightning rod, she doesn’t receive any funding it’s all from her own pocket as she believes it to be a pure social work. “I think that I’m still very enthusiastic about every single thing that I do. I’m still very passionate. I never feel tired because I feel so involved and so committed, so I enjoy it. After all, to brighten someone life is not less than a corporate job”, she signs off.
