Gwalior, April 19, 2014: The Scindia School hosted a three-day Suryodaya IT fest this week. This year the theme of the fest was Information Technology in politics. Leading boarding schools of the country participated in the fest. Students showed their political sense, concern for good governance and IT skills through website designing, multimedia presentation, video editing, computer assembling, cartoon making, etc.
Principal of the Scindia School Samit Ghosh while addressing said that the points raised by the students were very relevant to present political situation and everyone should take note of young minds because they are the future of our college.
He fecilitatd Mayor College, Ajmer for website designing and Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, Gwalior for multimedia presentation. Both the schools secured first position whereas, Mayo College Girls School bagged first position in digital cartoon making and computer assembling. The Scindia School Fort secured first position in video editing, computer whiz kid and digital photography, while Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls School got first prize in online IT quiz competition.
