Gwalior, Monday 16, 2014: Being opened for more than three months, star chef Sanjeev Kapoor recently inaugurated his restaurant chain The Yellow Chilli officially in the heart of Gwalior, at City Centre in Alaknanda Tower. After inauguration Kapoor made some mouth-watering dishes and interacted with the people and went on to taste local delicacies in the city. The aim behind visiting Bahadura Sweets, S.S. Kachauriwala and Hemu Chila Wala was to understand the local taste and accordingly incorporate it at The Yellow Chilli-Gwalior, said Kapoor. Sharing the tip to cook delicious food he said that it is paramount to be in good mood as you cook. The Yellow Chilli is a chain of casual dining restaurants offering Indian food from North-West Frontier cuisine with exotic picks from the regions of Punjab and the Mughal Era.
“Cook food with joy and serve food with joy. To keep peace at home men should should praise food at home and take out fault at the food at restuarants”, suggested Kapoor. For the record, the Gwalior franchisee of The Yellow Chilli is owned by Ronak Gupta.
