Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister helpline was started to function on 11 January 2014 for quick solution for general public. Telephone number of Chief Minister helpline is 9009133322. Call center has been employed since 2008 in the state whose telephone number is 155353. Tele solution call center has been adjusted in Chief Minister helpline. Any citizen can call between 7 am to 11 pm any day regarding all projects and programs by government. Citizens can call in this regard- demand, service, to obtain information, to solve problems and complaints, will include corruption complaints also. Along with it citizens can call for any suggestion.
To solve the complaints on a given schedule Municipal Commissioner Vinod Sharma issued the necessary instruction during meeting of municipal officials at Bal Bhawan, Gwalior.
During the meeting Additional commissioner M.L. Daultani, Deputy Commissioner N.K. Gupta, R.K. Shrivastava, Field Deputy Commissioner and department officials were also present.
