District Collector P. Narahari gave instructions to cancel the license of the nursing homes that are not adhering the online reporting system to stop illegal abortion. Under this action notices were sent to 31 nursing homes. To stop female foeticide ultrasound machines have been imposed with active tracking device which automatically send the data to website online and many nursing homes in Gwalior are staying away from this online reporting. 60 odd centers are supposed to register from which 29 have registered till now and to other notices have been sent to report in under seven days by in-charge CMHO Dr. Prabhat Kaushal.
