Chandigarh, 21 February 2015: Following its ‘Live the Best’ philosophy, Mercedes-Benz today started its new customer engagement platform, ‘Luxe Drive’ with an aim to provide the best and the most comprehensive luxury experience to customers across the nation. This one of its kind event will engage customers through a combination of adrenalin, gourmet and haute couture. This unmatched luxury experience will be held in Chandigarh on 21-22 February at the Indradhanush Auditorium, Sector 5, Panchkula.
At Luxe Drive, in addition to the adrenalin gushing experience of driving the fascinating Mercedes-Benz cars; the seamless experience will also indulge potential customers with culinary delights whipped up by Michelin Star chef Vikas Khanna. Participants will also have the opportunity to interact with him and be a part of this luxury gourmet experience with him. The excitement will be topped-off with a dose of high street fashion through top international brands from The Collective. There will also be a styling consultant to enhance the customers’ style quotient.

Adrenaline: This unique Mercedes-Benz Luxe Drive will showcase the expertise and superior performance of Mercedes-Benz sedans and SUVs through a series of self-driving exercises on a specially designed test track. An ‘Offroad’ parcour structure has been imported from Germany especially for the SUV Demonstration and Self Drive experience. Self-drive and demonstrations with range of SUVs comprising the GLA-, the GL- and the ML-Class will demonstrate the – PROENGINEERING Package demonstration for 40 degree slope, Hill Hold Assist, Downhill Speed Regulation demonstration, 4-MATIC and AIRMATIC Suspension demonstration. The guests at Luxe Drive will also get a demo for Pre-safe, ABS and EBD in AMGs and sedans like the C-Class and the E-Class experiencing the ‘Ah My God’ experience. There will also be a nine cars display for customers to experience the latest range of products from Mercedes-Benz portfolio, including the Dream Cars and the New Generation cars. A range of vehicles will also be available for the guests to choose from for a thrilling test drive.
There will also be a special zone for exclusive Mercedes-Benz merchandise where guests can choose and take home their favorite merchandise. A special kids zone with games for engaging the kids and MercedesTrophy zone with exclusive MercedesTrophy goodies on display will enhance the engagement. Guests will also have the unique opportunity to get a free car evaluation from Mercedes-Benz Certified team and an opportunity for special trade-in and personalized finance offers.
Gourmet: India’s finest celebrity chef Vikas Khanna will whip up some luxuriously exotic fare during the events and will be present on-ground to interact with the guests. A lucky winner will also get to interact in an exclusive one-to-one interaction with him.
