LAHS bags Best Student Delegate Award at MUN held at Mayo College

Ajmer, April 19, 2014: Little Angels High School of Gwalior won Best Student Delegate Award at Model United Nations (MUN) held at Mayo College, Ajmer. Students of LAHS were noticed dominant at Model UN. Mreganka Kukreja bagged the Best Delegate Award. Shreya Sharma and Umang Gupta won Special Mention. Among the other students who participated were Tanya Tripathi, Shambhavi Gupta, Misha Mathew, Mratunjay Singh, Devansh Rathi, Kunal Khetan, Sarthak Pandey and Rohan Tiwari. The team was escorted by the LAHS Academic Head Mrs. Jaiswal and Mrs. Mehra.

Model United Nations is a meeting identical to the United Nations in which students compete as delegates to distinct UN Committees. Participants investigate and draw up constitutional grounds placed on the definite administration of the countries they speak for. As of 2012, there are about 400 MUN conferences worldwide.
