JobBuzz is an employee-to-employee community which helps jobseekers in “making smarter career decisions” by providing them useful company information in the form of company reviews, ratings, salary details, interview process information and interview questions.
In addition to jobseekers, there is an important role for companies as well on JobBuzz. They have an opportunity to engage with two key customers – their current employees and their future employees. Both these groups are coming on JobBuzz to contribute, consume and share information about the company. By engaging with these two groups, a company can hope to achieve multiple objectives. It will help a company do employer branding, get a measure of their employee engagement score and crowd source their recruitment objectives by building a large follower community.
