Season 3 was one of famous edition of TV music competition Indian Idol. The show got revived when its famous contestants organized a renunion party in Mumbai. Indian Idol season 3 was concluded on 23 September 2007 announcing Prashant Tamang as the winner. Indian Idol successfully did 6 seasons from 2004 to 2012.
The reunion party was organized at number 9th contestant Parleen Singh Gill’s apartment in Mumbai. The winner Prashant Tamang, runner-up Amit Paul and Emon Chatterjee who took the third spot lightened up the season 3 reunion party.
Then formed F4 band members Meiyang Chang, Parleen Singh Gill, Abhishek Kumar and Suhit Gosain were also present at the occassion. Top 13 finalist and semi-finalist of the season also gathered to mark this occassion memorable.
Deepali Kishore who stood 7th at the show, 5th semi-finalist Harshida Madhaparia, at 14th spot Shantanu Sudame & Aisha Sayed, at 10th spot Charu Semwal, Mahavir Malara, Bhaven Dhanak, Jatin Lucky, George Varghese, first semi-finalist Pinky Maidasani and Samrat Sharma were present at the reunion.
The only one who could make this event more memorable would be the presence of the then judges Anu Malik, Javed Akhtar, Alisha Chinai and Udit Narayan. Also not to forget the hosts Hussain Kuwajerwala and Mini Mathur. Hope in the next reunion party they will be invited too.
