To make the generation aware about the Indian culture and festival, Gwalior Mayor Sameeksha Gupta celebrated Hariyali Teej festival at her house Hem Singh ki Pared in Gwalior. At the festival, songs, games, fun and delicious recipes were prepared on the ocassion. Cheif guest of the program was the wife of state medical education minister’s wife Shobha Mishra and Gita Narahari was present as the special guest.
City dignitaries and members of various women’s organizations were present during the program. Jhula Mahotsav was celebrated first in the program in which all women indulged in swing and marked their participation. In the program women were wore colorful bangles. President of Lions Club Prerna Asha Balaudi, Priyanka Jain, Anjali Gupta, Lavi Agarwal, Manju Sikarwar, Sadhna Shandilya, Asha Singh and coordinator of the program Ekaatma Pandey including hundreds of women were present in festival.
