Tsuen Wan, 30 March 2015: Chairman & Managing Director of the Raymond Group, Gautam Singhania is known for his love of cars across India. Bringing unqiue cars to India and activities of his Supercar Club is what petrolheads of India always look forward to. Now again he has made the news after getting a new wrap for his Ferrari 458 Challenge from Impressive Wrap based at Hong Kong.
There has been a custom design for his 458 which took two weeks for Impressive Wrap to make it a reality. It was later parked at the Ferrari event. The 458 Challenge was rightly customised with best touches where it was needed. To grab little more speed for Gautam on tracks the 458 has been gifted with new aero package.
The amazing red and white livery of 458 also gets new number which is 166. A new logo also sticks on the wind-shield which reads Singha originating from Singhania. The sponsor stickers are just Pirelli, Shell and Brembo, so it suggests that new sponsors will be sticking to his overhauled racecar.
To make it a complete track friendly supercar, its fitted with polycarbonate windows all-round, carbon-fiber panels and lightened body panels. The alloy wheels has also been painted white to have a perfect match.
For the record, the differences of 458 Challenge over the regular road legal 458 include a racing cockpit, windows which only open through small slots, air-jack mounting on the rear to lift the car up, racing fuel filler cap, center-lock wheels, racing exhaust as well as tow hooks front and rear.
The track-only race-car will now make Gautam more powerful at the Ferrari Challenge championship and we wish he wins it all!
