GICTS College Gwalior organizes a faculty development program for college faculties so that they can get information about the changing trends in education field. The development program laid emphasis on ‘self-development’ as it’s a key to achieve success in life; live activities were the part of this program which helps the faculties to understand the topic in a practical way. The event was headed by Professor Ajay Sharma director of academics and administration of GICTS College, he said that people should carry positive attitude in their personality as this type of attitude can make their future bright.
In the second session faculties gave the written test as their mental focus and their communication skills were tested through this test. Faculties were also given information on importance of leadership, perception and group discussion. Professor R.K Ramnani, Professor P.K Jain, Professor Praveen Wakade and many more attended the program.
