The Urdu-language song is from the 1998 Hindi film “Dil Se” and played in a scene that featured Shah Rukh Khan dancing on a train with Malaika Arora Khan. Its a mix of two classic pop songs from different continents, AR Rahman’s “Chaiyya Chaiyya” meets Michael Jackson’s “Don’t Stop till You Get Enough”. The song was made in the collaboration of YouTubers Shankar Tucker, Kurt Schneider, Sam Tsui and Vidya.
The song was even shared by King of Bollywood himself Shah Rukh Khan, saying, “Kurt H Schneider made an amazing mash-up of Chaiya Chaiya. How capital is this….enjoyed it.”
