On 5th Feb. 2014 Nissan showcased the stunning new Sunny sedan at the Auto Expo. New Sunny embodies Nissan’s commitment and dedication towards Indian motorists as it represents the latest in a number of customer-focused product improvements. The tenth generation Sunny sedan, introduced in India in 2011, has been a expression of sophisticated design, comfort, space and value for the Indian customer. The new car starts from an already strong position by taking the best attributes of Nissan’s best-selling sedan and adding a strong dynamic appeal and extensive interior and exterior improvements. Forming the crux of the update is the fresh new face that comes from the distinctive boomerang-shaped headlamps, which are one of the Nissan design signatures.
The bigger, bolder grille delivers another compelling statement with premium-ness. Restyled bumpers feature rich chrome detailing around fog lamps and central air dam, giving the New Sunny a very premium appearance.
The hood has been redesigned to accommodate these changes. The side profile reveals mirror-mounted turn signals and classy chrome surround across the windows. The chrome strip perfectly accentuates the Sunny’s sloping roofline that flows gently into the seamlessly integrated trunk. New Sunny also gets brand new Y-spoke alloy wheels.
