After 5 years (on Feb. 2007) in social service, what has been the experience like so far?

People should not take social service as politics, people should join social service to serve public and take it to new heights.

How do you work with people who did not share your philosophy or values?

I work on my values and who doesn’t get along well is left in the journey. Most important is public, how do they take it.

What is the most challenging and most rewarding part of being social worker of Gwalior city?

Challenging part is that there are lots of development to be done and from where the fund should be raised. Rewarding part is public accepted me and there has been a good response. I have inherited the honesty in doing the work from my grandfather and father.

The last line of your autobiography would read… is important to live for people.

One song that describes your current state of mind?

Gazals by Jagit Singh.

The most overrated movie/book?

Haven’t got time, always busy in work

How would you explain Facebook to your grandfather?

It’s the best social networking service.

One lie you got away with?

I never lie.

What makes your day?

Waking up and getting ready early in the morning.

My family.

Less development to eradicate poverty.

I don’t remember as such.
