Unvieling of School Chalien Hum (go to school) symbol at Pinto Park trisection
Children from every village, street, city and colonies of state should study and develop the state & country. There will be no kind of shortage in children’s education provided by the state government. These were the words of Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan at Gwalior visit while unveiling the first School Chalien Hum campaign’s symbol at Pinto park trisection to motivate the public. During the occasion he said, everyone study and everyone progress.
Cheif Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan laid foundation to Rs. 241 crore worth development works and launched Rs. 267 crore development works. Under which Rs. 73 crore for four-lane road from Akashvani to Mrignayani Race course road, street light, footpath and rotary, Rs. 30 crore for four-lane road from Mandre ki mata to Kasturba Crossing, Rs. 37 crore for roads under Gwalior assembly, Rs. 44 crore for roads in Gwalior South and Rs. 41 crore for roads in Gwalior East. Along with it, Rs. 125 crore for 576 unit construction under IHCDP yojna, Rs. 60 crore for 320 unit construction under IHCDP yojna, Rs. 50 crore for house construction under Rajeev housing yojna and Rs. 61.50 lakh for road repair from Chetakpuri gate to Mahalgate.
At Pinto park trisection, School Chalo campaign’s symbol statue has been established by Gwalior Municipal Corporation. For the unveiling of statue guest of the occasion was Minister of Mines, Steel, Labour and Employment Narendra Singh Tomar, program was chaired by Mayor Sameeksha Gupta. Event’s special guest was State Minister of Health & Family Welfare, Medical Education Narottam Mishra, State Minister of Women & Child Development Maya Singh, MP Anup Mishra, MLA Gwalior Assembly Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya, Moderator Brijendra Singh Jadon, District President Abhay Chaudhary, Former Vice president of JDA Dheer Singh Tomar, Rakesh Jadon, MIC Member Pushpa Sharma, Counilor Mahesh Gupta and others were present.
During the initiation of program guests were welcomed by Mayor Sameeksha Gupta and Municipal moderator Brijendra Singh Jadon. In the program Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan appreciated Mayor Sameeksha Gupta and her team for the overall development of Gwalior and also said to involve enthusiastically in the future development of city. During the program Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan honoured sculptor Prabhat Rai who created the state of School Chalo campaign. District Collector P. Narahari, Municipal Commissioner Vinod Sharma, Additional Commissioner Dr. M.L. Daultani inculding hundreds of school children and regional civil officials were present in the program.
