Designed by Grey Advertising of Bangalore, India, DHL shows that their shipment are not safe. Without any slogan on the advertisement, DHL (Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn) minimal theory got wildly misundertood.
In the advertisement DHL shows opening the parcel in a proper manner and after showing its opened, then putting up the DHL tape over it. It looks parcel was opened and then packed cleanly by DHL staff. Sorry DHL, but everyone understood the advert this way.
But the message DHL wanted to convey was their Express service is so fast that on one side sender is packing the parcel and on the other hand receiver is opening the package. If we don’t tell you this, did you recognized it?
