2015 season of International Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) Race has come to an end. John McGuinness from England has been awarded as the ‘King of the Mountain’ riding Honda 1000 cc. It’s his 7th Senior TT win and 23rd overall win. John also set new absolute lap record of 17 minutes 3.567 seconds with 213.562 kmph.
Annual motorcycle road racing event Isle of Man TT is organized at Isle of Man which is an island between Great Britain and Ireland. Started in 1908, the TT race is regarded as world’s most prestigious motorcycle race.
The 2015 Senior TT trophy was acquired by John McGuinness, TT Superbike Trophy was won by Bruce Anstey, TT Superstock John Hartle Trophy was won by Ian Hutchinson, TT Supersport Race 1 Junior Tourist Trophy was won by Ian Hutchinson again, TT Supersport Race 2 Classic TT Trophy was won by Ian Hutchinson, TT Lightweight trophy was taken by Ivan Lintin and Fastest Female Susan Jenness Trophy was acquired by Maria Costello riding Kawasaki 600 cc.
2015 TT Sidecar Race 1 Fred W. Dixon Trophy and TT Sidecar Race 2 Sidecar TT Trophy was won by Ben Birchall Tom Birchall in LCR Honda 600 cc machine.
