The high quality fabric hood in a “K Design”, controlled through a central button opens and closes in less than 18 seconds, up to a speed of 50 kmph. An active rollover protection system protects the occupants in the case of a rollover.
The extended rear overhang plays a key role in the harmonious proportions of the two-door car. The bi-xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights give the face of the car a resolute look. The air intakes and bumper further emphasize the width of the Audi A3 Cabriolet.
The Audi A3 Cabriolet offers 14 exterior color options. Alternatively, customers also have the choice of an infinite number of exterior colors from Audi Exclusive.

Horizontal design lines such as the wrap-around curve add to the sense of width in the interior. The instrument panel is lean, and the centre console is angled towards the driver. Audi also introduced the new Audi A8 L in May 2014, the internationally acclaimed ‘World Car of the Year’ – the Audi A3 Sedan in August 2014, the Audi Q3 Dynamic in September 2014 and a refreshed portfolio in India with the launch of the Audi Autumn Collection 2015 in September 2014. The company has opened new showrooms in Udaipur, Visakhapatnam, Nashik and Kozikhode this year and inaugurated the country’s largest pre-owned luxury car showroom, ‘Audi Approved: plus’ in Gurgaon in April. Audi India plans to expand its network to 40 dealerships by the end of 2014.
“Customers have been delighted with the ‘World Car of the Year’ – the Audi A3 Sedan in India. We take their delight a notch higher with the Audi A3 Cabriolet. The compact luxury segment is growing the fastest in the luxury car industry. The introduction of the Audi A3 Cabriolet will further strengthen our dominance in this space. We are the market leaders in the luxury car segment and our performance to date shows that we are headed towards yet another record year,” added King.
